Pursuant to the Log Cabin Republicans national bylaws, this communication serves as notice that the Log Cabin Republicans National Board of Directors will convene for its annual meeting on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 1:30 PST. This business meeting, which is open to all members, will be held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, located at 3752 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89158.
