(Washington, DC) – Congressman Paul Ryan (R-WI) provided a strong contrast in last night’s vice presidential debate, promising a real change from the inaction and economic failures of the last four years.

“Last night Vice President Biden promised, ‘We can and will get [unemployment] under six percent.’ But that’s exactly what the current administration promised would happen in their first term and could not achieve it,” said Log Cabin Republicans Executive Director R. Clarke Cooper. “How can they guarantee different results in a second term by offering only more of the same? The Obama administration’s results are a record of disappointments. Even for LGBT voters, it is still about the economic growth and job creation.”
