Washington Blade: Gay Former Ehrlich Aide Considering Run For Mikulski’s Senate Seat

Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.)’s seat once her term expires next year. Though it is not only the fact that Kefalas was once former Maryland Gov. Bob Ehrlich’s legal counsel that allows Kefalas to stand out, Kefalas is a gay Republican, and also the son of a Greek Immigrant.
