Washington Blade: George W. Bush Sought to Officiate Same-Sex Wedding: Report

Bush who reportedly offered to officiate a same-sex wedding ceremony between two women who owned a general store in Kennebunkport, Maine. Unfortunately, the former President could not officiate the 2013 ceremony due a scheduling conflict; however, he still served as a witness at their wedding.
