On Tuesday night, Mark Levin debunked the false Leftist narrative that the Supreme Court will roll back marriage equality and other rights for LGBT Americans after the Court reverses Roe v. Wade:

“And one other thing that’s very, very important. Joe Biden said today, Schumer said today, these legal analysts have said today, ‘this will destroy marriage, same-sex marriage.’ Have they read the opinion? This is in the opinion: ‘Unable to show concrete reliance on Roe and Casey themselves, the Solicitor General suggests that overruling those decisions would threaten the Court’s precedents holding that the due process clause protects other rights.’ This is not correct for reasons we’ve already discussed. As even the Casey plurality recognized, ‘Abortion is a unique act because it terminates life or potential life. Abortion is inherently different from marital intimacy, marriage, or procreation.’ And they say, ‘We want to make abundantly clear we’re not touching any other rights,’ because they know about the demagogues in the media and so forth.”
