“Last night’s races weren’t just big wins for the Republican Party – they were a reminder that inclusion is an electoral winner with voters. The Log Cabin Republicans proudly endorsed governor-elect Glenn Youngkin this fall, and Log Cabin Republicans in New Jersey actively supported Jack Ciattarelli in his still-too-close-to-call campaign. Both campaigns welcomed our support, and their embrace of inclusion paid off. Moreover, gay Republicans were elected down-ballot last night in New York City and New Jersey. Democrats and the media should take note that LGBT conservatives are no longer sidelined in the Republican Party, and when we are included, we win.”
