“Republican Senators’ questions about Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s record on issues around critical race theory and woke gender and sex ideology are not ‘out of bounds.’ They are entirely legitimate. Conservative LGBT Americans have seen first-hand how ingrained and out-of-control woke identity ideology has become in America’s schools and corporations. We cannot allow it to take root in America’s justice system as well. Americans need to know their Supreme Court Justices will truly be impartial and follow the Constitution – not woke ideology around race, sex, and gender – as their guide.”
